An Open Access Rapid Publication Platform for New Research on ‘classical’ Civilizations sponsored by the New Alexandria Foundation
When we surveyed enrollments for Greek and Latin in Europe in 2014,14we found more than 3,000,000 students – roughly twenty times as many as study these languages in the United States. Most of these students will forget virtually all the Greek and/or Latin that they learned but the subliminal effects of that education can shape their thinking for the rest of their lives.
